Following some incredible collaborations with Burial, Four Tet returns to TEXT on the solo for more forward fusions. "Ocoras" blurs the line between dubstep, house, and techno with lush layers of atmosphere and melody that blanket over a pounding 4x4 riddim. "Jupiters" is an exercise in finely chopped percussion and heavy 808s with a soaring synth line that takes it to the top. A fine example of controlled minimalism and killer drum programming. Both tracks create a vibe that is equally pleasing on the headphones as it is on the floor. Limited stock as usual, recommended.
