Heat alert! After killing it on Wurst/Plant Music with "Desire" (featuring Nomi Ruiz), Eli makes his debut on Dither Down and brings four more 80s/90s inspired house cuts to rock the spot proper. With "Work It(1)" it's obvious he's done his homework on classic house production tactics and absolutely nails it with a jam filled with sexy crooning, even sexier synth work, and a groove that just don't quit. Then on "Anniversary(2)" he adds a dose of soul into the mix and some real Fingers Inc. style basslines, while "I Believe(3)" is a beautifully arranged collab with vocalist Lindsey Caldwell that will take the dancefloor up a few notches when dropped. Rounding out the EP is "KOD(4)" another expertly executed floor-worker. Recommended.
