Overview

Forward bass producer Arkist (whose previous works have graced Apple Pips and If Symptoms Persis labels) teams up with Bristol's Kid Kut (aka Adam Jackson) for a debut on Scuba's esteemed Hotflush imprint. The duo create sophisticated dance cuts informed by deep house, techno and garage. "One Year Later" dives into the deep end of the house/techno spectrum, but with a distinguished sound kit that's fresh and vibrant, while "Vanilla Imitate" fuses garage with catchy tech-house sounds.
